Use this form to receive an evaluation copy of one or more AEDAPTIVe products. Please note that you will be charged EUR 700 per product (not including Sales Tax) and for each thirty days you are evaluating unless agreed otherwise with AEDAPTIVe sales executives. These costs will be 100% deducted from the license fee when purchasing one or more products. You will receive support from our expert desk during the evaluation period during CET Business Hours.

After submitting the form we will process your request within 24 hours. If your request is approved you will receive license key-files by e-mail and username/password for downloading the software on www.aedaptive.com.

IMPORTANT: We need a Purchase Order number in order to process your request. Without one we are not able to confirm your evaluation request. If your company uses standard Purchase orders you may attach a scanned copy to this form. Purchase Orders can be addressed to:
